Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Returns are subject to conditions: your item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags on, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, please contact us immediately so we can assess and correct the problem.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you need is to return it and purchase a new one when the return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

Notwithstanding the above, if the item was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return it within 14 days without giving a reason. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags on, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your returned item whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company also needs time to process and post refunds.
